This is an example of a small kitchen remodel. We used maple white painted cabinets with beadboard door . We took the cabinets all of the way to the ceiling and used crown molding. We removed the peninsula to give more room in the the kitchen. This left room for a nice island. We moved the range to the island which gives a lot more room in the kitchen! We also moved the refrigerator down the wall and added a pantry with roll out drawers.

This was quite a change from the old Oak cabinets with the peninsula We also changed the old tile counter top to a Pental “Quartz” counter top. Also note how the wall was painted, and how it compliments the counter top and the cabinets!

We also opened up the wall to make a pass through and removed the cabinets on that wall. It really opened up the kitchen! We added a taller base cabinet on the other side of the pass through for more storage. I think the transformation of the kitchen is amazing, and shows how a kitchen remodel can really improve the value and livability of your home!
