Is the company a licensed general contractor or do they “work with” contractors for installation?

If a problem arises, the kitchen remodeler and the contractor can each blame the other, leaving you to bear the unexpected costs or inconveniences. Kitchen Concepts NW, LLC is a licensed general contractor. The company you sign a contract with is the one completely responsible for your job.
