Small Kitchen Remodel using in-stock cabinets for under $10,000 The cabinets are an in In-Stock Cabinet-All Plywood Construction-Natural Maple Wood- with Dovetailed Drawers! The counter tops are Laminate counter tops with a 4” back splash. This was a small remodel in Gresham. We designed the kitchen getting rid of the soffits, moving appliances around, and adding a much better lighting system. The customer themselves did a lot of work in this kitchen. We removed the cabinets over the peninsula. We moved the refrigerator to another wall and put a pantry next to it to really open up the kitchen. This was a minor Remodel in SW Portland. We took the cabinets to the ceiling. The cabinets are White Painted Maple Shaker style. We installed a full height Subway tile back splash. We made the cabinets as efficient as possible by using, roll out drawers-tile out trays-vertical dividers above the Refer. The drawer glides are full extension undermount. The Counter top is Granite with a Leathered Finish, with a undermount "Granite" sink! After the Remodel Before the Remodel

This is a kitchen remodel we did in inner N.E. Portland. We removed soffits, removed one of the doors (the door l/h of the range went away) that is where we put the Refer and the Tall Wine rack. We added a arched opening in the kitchen into a Sun Room. (the customer loves this!) They said "Now we love to use this room because of the access to the kitchen!" This is an example of a large kitchen remodel.  We used Maple mitered door cabinets with a Chocolate Glaze. We took the cabinets all of the way to the ceiling and made the upper doors glass with lights behind them. This was quite a change from the old Oak cabinets with the island. We also changed the old tile counter top to a Pental “Quartz” counter top. Also note the tile back splash and how it compliments the counter top and the cabinets!
